Event: the 14th ASEAN Drug Monitoring Network (ADMN) Meeting

On 7 - 8 June 2023, Malaysia and Thailand co-chaired the 14th ASEAN Drug Monitoring Network (ADMN) Meeting via online platform. The meeting was attended by representatives from ASEAN Member States (AMS) and ASEAN Secretariat (ASEC). The purposes of the meeting were to exchange and analyze drug situations in ASEAN and to discuss about the ADMN work plan 2023 - 2024.

ASEAN-NARCO

The ASEAN Narcotics Cooperation Centre (ASEAN-NARCO) was officially launched in Bangkok this week to further drive regional efforts in pursuing ASEAN Drug Free 2015. To act as a coordinating platform for ASEAN Member States in working together on drug related cases, ASEAN NARCO is now focusing on drug law enforcement and expected to cover other areas of drug control in the future.
