In 2015, ASEAN Member States jointly established the ASEAN Drug Monitoring Network or ADMN under the framework of ASEAN-NARCO. This provides a platform for ASEAN member countries to exchange information, monitor and alert member countries on illicit drugs situation.
The significant outcome of the ADMN meeting is the ASEAN Drug Monitoring Report or ADM Report which is normally circulated to ASEAN countries to keep them aware of the recent regional drug trend and help monitor the situation altogether. The ADM reports have been printed 8 publications (ADM Report 2015 - ADM Report 2022) and launched annually at the ASEAN Senior Officials Meeting on Drug Matters or ASEAN Ministerial Meeting on Drug Matters since 2016 to present.
The ASEAN Drug Monitoring Report consists of:
Chapter 1 Overview of ASEAN Drug Trends and Patterns
Chapter 2 Major Drug Problems in ASEAN
Chapter 3 ASEAN Country Report
Chapter 4 Research Knowledge and Innovation
Chapter 5 Policy and Programme Implementation
