Ms. Rachanikorn Sarasiri, Advisor to ONCB, welcomed SPO of Republic of Korea

             On March 3, 2016 at 10.00 am. Ms. Rachanikorn Sarasiri, Advisor to ONCB, welcomed Ms. Seo Jung Whoa, Prosecutor of Busan District Prosecutors’ Office and Mr. Young Do Jeong, Senior Drug Investigator of SPO of Republic of Korea to ONCB and made presentation on ASEAN- NARCO structure and system including Safe Mekong Cooperation as well as discussed the cooperation between APICC and ASEAN-NARCO, SPO and the ONCB.

ASEAN-NARCO

The ASEAN Narcotics Cooperation Centre (ASEAN-NARCO) was officially launched in Bangkok this week to further drive regional efforts in pursuing ASEAN Drug Free 2015. To act as a coordinating platform for ASEAN Member States in working together on drug related cases, ASEAN NARCO is now focusing on drug law enforcement and expected to cover other areas of drug control in the future.
