ONCB and German Experts hosting a Harm Reduction Workshop to develop an appropriate harm reduction model for Thailand

                Tuesday, 14 November 2017, at 09.30 hrs. at Chidchai Vanasatidya Meeting Room , Building 2, 3rd floor, the ONCB, Mr. Sirinya Sitdhichai, Secretary-General of the Narcotics Control Board, presided over the Opening Ceremony for the Workshop on Harm Reduction. The workshop held during 14-15 November 2017 was hosted by the ONCB in cooperation with German experts from the Global Partnership on Drug Policy and Development (GPDPD) with the objectives to share experiences on harm reduction, increase effectiveness of harm reduction practices between Thailand and Germany and bring the suggestion from the workshop to be part of Harm Reduction Model formulation appropriate to the Thai context. The participants include Subcommittee on Harm Reduction Policy and Measure Development, ONCB executives and officers at 80 people in total.
